Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at Hotel Milano, primarily due to its excellent location in Old San Juan, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, which really enhanced my experience. However, the rooms were quite basic and some lacked windows. a bit claustrophobic at times. Overall, it was a budget-friendly option in the heart of everything.
My stay at Hotel Milano was a mix of highs and lows. While the location was excellent for accessing Old San Juan and the cruise port, the room left much to be desired. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere were lacking, making it a rather uncomfortable experience. Despite the drawbacks, the staff's helpfulness was a silver lining during my stay.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Milano was enjoyable due to its prime location and helpful staff, but the accommodations left something to be desired. The rooms are quite basic and do show signs of age, but they met my needs for a short stay before boarding my cruise.
I had a great time at Hotel Milano during my week in San Juan. The location was perfect for exploring Old San Juan, and the rooftop restaurant, Punto De Vista, had awesome food and stunning views. However, the rooms were pretty small and a bit dated, but they were clean and met my needs.
My stay at Hotel Milano was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, close to historic sites and restaurants, the rooms left much to be desired. Although the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well, the room itself felt outdated and had an unpleasant smell. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with its great happy hour, which added some enjoyment to my experience.
